I loved the ambience and the environment, it felt great just walking inside. This was on a Saturday afternoon for brunch and the dj was playing great music. My food was excellent, I got a chicken thigh with a side of grits. The wild west wings and deviled eggs. The service was excellent as well. Very nice restaurant. The chicken was great. Nice location. There was no wait and wasn't overcrowded. Next time I will hang at the bar.

A time was had at Red Rooster. Came in just in time to have happy hour. The hostess, the bartenders, servers and the chef himself, were all wonderful people. The fried chicken here is FLAVORED, and very juicy. The chef confirmed they brine the chicken, which explains it all. My fried chicken breast was everything but dry, and every bit of delicious. I had a 4 of the happy hour drinks. My favorite was the pink round drink I forgot the name of. The drinks were definitely doing their job. You have to sit at the bar to be able to have a drink at happy hour price, which I wish it would’ve been applied to regular tables. The vibe here gives the tv show “Girlfriends”. The decor here is beautiful and the live music was very refreshing. All women band, and they were great, and I was very entertained. It started to get packed around 6pm and it was a Thursday night! I’ve walked past this place so many times and finally came in. Definitely didn’t regret it, and will be coming again.

Saw this place on the food enthusiast show “Worth It,” and decided to give it a try while in town. The ambiance is fun, the food is great, but it was the service that was particularly notable. Our water was never empty, the food was served quickly, and while we were never ignored, our server didn’t hover. The table next to us dropped a fork on the floor and a manager was there within seconds to take the dirty from the patron and provide a clean one. There was entertainment there that night. It wasn’t A-list, but their set list was great. Only complaint, they were out of three of the beers on the menu, which happened to be our first three choices. Overall, a fantastic experience, and a nice night out.

Great place I didn't know it was bought out by someone else…Its been a year to date since Ive been here. I can definitely notice the subtle changes. All in all it still has its warm charm and live performances. We went on Saturday, Labor Day weekend. They opened the side/lounge area where the "Russian tea room" sofas and tables are located which invited more of a "home-y" feel. This is a great place for a 1st date if you are looking for a casual but lively ambiance to enjoy your company.

I came here on a Wednesday night for drinks and the live band was phenomenal. The singers voice was so ethereal. One of her slower songs had me so emotionally invested. I loved it. I danced all night and the drinks were tasty. The decor is to die for. I highly recommend!

We visited the restaurant for Sunday lunch and were really impressed. The staff was very friendly, service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious – some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The portions are huge! Overall, a great experience. The Yep! Chicken and Waffle and Wild Wild Wings were especially amazing. Highly recommend!

Live music on some nights. Waiters are amazing. Open to any questions you have. They go above and beyond. Was with a big group and we shared appetizers. There was nothing to complain about besides I wanted more.

This was a food bucket list place since we're familiar with Marcus from being on Chopped and other cooking shows. Walked into a small jazz band which set the tone. Food was amazing, wait staff was great and the drinks are top notch. Will definitely be back.
